With a Master's degree underpinning my practice, I blend physical methodologies like calisthenics and animal movement with mindfulness disciplines including vipassana, breathwork, somatic work, and hypnotherapy-informed coaching.
As the founder of MindfulFit.by.NJ and the creator of the globally reaching Daily Practice with Nikhil, my philosophy is simple: how you train your mind is inseparable from how you train your body. I challenge the wellness industry's tendency toward oversimplification, favouring the nuanced ground where science meets lived experience.
Alongside my 1-to-1 coaching at Nuffield Health, I am currently developing the mbPT (Mindfulness-Based Personal Training) Level 1 Certification—a CIMSPA-endorsed qualification to professionalise this emerging field and equip other trainers with these vital, client-centred skills.
